Lose fat in sleep: ways to burn fat while sleeping !

 If you are someone who hates to go to the gym, sucks at keeping a food journal, and hardly moves from the desk, go to a gym.

1. Take a hot shower

Starting with some pre-bedtime measures, taking a hot shower 30 minutes before sleeping has many unseen benefits. It relieves tension and relaxes muscles avoiding any discomfort and inflammation. 

Not only this but taking a shower also releases several hormones from the brain ( primarily oxytocin ) which also relaxes the body.

Casein protein has some impeccable benefits when it comes to absorption by the body. Casein protein gets absorbed by the body slowly which helps the body utilize the human growth hormone that is released in our sleep. 

Casein protein remains in the blood for a longer period of time helping the body to get a steady flow of amino acids essential for building lean muscle mass. 

Some sources of casein are milk, yogurt, cheese, cottage cheese, etc. 

3. Lower your room's temperature

Shut the drapes and set the fan to the full speed. Studies have constantly pointed towards the relation between sleeping in a cold room and energy burned. Sleeping in a cold helps you sleep better, able to fall asleep faster, and wake less often throughout the night. 

It also stimulates the production of brown fat and beige fats which elevates metabolic rate burning more fat throughout the night.

It relaxes your muscles and increases blood flow, helping muscles grow faster and efficiently. It destresses the body and helps the body recuperate faster.
